Holiday Season Shipping Tips to Boost Customer Confidence

Etsy Seller: ColorMeCrazyLLC

November is officially here and if you haven't already put holiday shipping tactics in place here are a few to ensure you make it through the holiday rush stress free with happy customers.

1. Inform your potential customers of shipping cut off dates so that their gifts arrive in advance. This will save you and them alot of time and stress, making space for the 'last minute' shopper. HOW? Your shipping company has more than likely already posted shipping cut off dates for domestic, international and military destinations. Post the information on your blog , facebook and or website/ Etsy shop.

2. Pack with extra care: As jewelry sellers packing with care goes without saying but you should let your customer know the extra care you will be putting into packaging their holiday gift so they have piece of mind the jewelry will arrive in perfect condition.

3. Offer promotional shipping rates, fast order fulfilment and special holiday return policy.

As jewelry makers depending on your method of making and size of your business you may or may not be able to offer your customer all of the benefits above. But showing your customer that their needs are important to you will boost their confidence in your business. Just remember not to bankrupt yourself trying to please them but do what you can ( even if it means re-working some of your pricing).
