I started sending out thank you emails to customers with the coupon code THANKYOU for 15% off ($10 minimum purchase) and explaining that it's an always open code. Well, despite this code being sent to hundreds and hundreds of repeat customers, no one has used it! Thought I'd give it some exposure here.
