Vintage Jewelry Inspiration Via Max Neiger

Max Neiger and his brother, Norbert created lovely and unique costume jewelry from the early 1900's until Max's tragic death at Auschwitz in 1942. These talented brothers left behind a beautiful and lasting legacy through their jewelry pieces that are still coveted as much now as they were 100 years ago.

Most jewelry designers today know how hard it is to find settings to match the cabochon and rhinestone sizes available to us. Sometimes, you have to improvise with layering filigree, settings, bezels and rhinestone cups by deftly gluing them together to create an eye popping design. Be sure to check our shop on Etsy and other Etsy stores for the supplies you'd need to create your own unique designs.

I hope this gorgeous necklace by Max Neiger will inspire you to stack and glue your way to a stunning masterpiece of your own creation!
